How did we do it?
Strategy
One of the first things to tackle when Liquid Media started with this client was simplifying their name: Triad Eye Medical Clinic and Cataract Institute.
Since they offered much more than cataract surgery, like LASIK, oculoplastics, glaucoma treatment and more, we arrived at a short and sweet – but all-encompassing – name: Triad Eye Institute.
Also, like many small businesses, when Liquid Media first met with Triad Eye Medical Clinic and Cataract Institute, they were tackling marketing all on their own. We dove deep, learning about their business model and the competitive marketplace.
Demographic Intelligence
As a specialized ophthalmological practice with ambulatory surgery centers, we had a number of audiences to reach, engage and persuade:
1. Prospective LASIK Candidates
This group tends to be younger, between age 21 and 40, with the means to opt-in to this elective surgery.
2. Cataract & Glaucoma Patients
This group tends to be at the other end of the spectrum – people over age 50 needing corrective surgery.
3. Referring Physicians
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with hundreds of optometrists and other referring specialists has been just as crucial as reaching patients.

Liquid Media entered into strategic partnerships with athletic celebrities and other on-air influencers, offering them corrective ophthalmological surgeries and then letting them tell the story of their miraculous vision changes.
Our series of TV and radio campaigns for Triad keeps their brand in complete focus for northeast Oklahoma – and keeps them top-of-mind for patients and referrers alike.

Triad Eye Institute is an ambulatory surgical center and eye clinic specializing in laser vision correction, cataract removal and treatment of other ocular diseases.
